Marriott have more than 300 properties across Europe. They needed a content management system that would support multiple brands in various languages.
Marriott wanted to replace their existing multi-lingual CMS with an improved and updated solution to better support individual properties in creating webpages in local languages not covered by their global website.
Redberry designed and built a new responsive front-end website with four different templates for the Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance and Courtyard brands.
These are supported with a back-end hotel CMS which provides various levels of administrative access. This allows individual hotels to easily create their own website and regularly update content and meta data in their local language to boost search engine optimisation.
The responsive front-end templates ensure a consistent user experience across all devices and maintain Marriott’s brand identity.
Redberry have provided training to more than 100 users of the system through a series of webinars and supporting documentation.
We are also offering e-mail and telephone support on an ongoing basis to all Marriott properties using the new CMS.

Since launch in late 2014 more than 50 hotel websites have been created.
Individual hotel websites have already been created in 20 different countries.
The CMS is being used to create websites in more than 20 languages.
